-1 Few Reasons:

• Individual seemed kind of rude after i tried giving him a Navy Tryout, did not understand my orders after i repeated it to him and explained what it meant. ( E.g. I asked him if he understood a formation and he said " wtf ", so i responded " Is there a problem ? ". He then walked away and said he would get someone else to do his Navy Tryout, then disconnected. So i do not find this individual very kind or understanding, hardly speaks or makes any sense. So not setting a very good example, especially when i was on Army Command. I also do not appreciate being called " Acting like a Bitch " behind my back to my higher ups, show some Respect. I would also like to add, you claimed i did not explain to you what Navy was. However i asked you before our Tryout if you knew what navy was, you responded with Yes. You are also claiming to have experience as NHC on other servers. you should already know and i do not need explain what Navy is.

• Individual currently is not in Navy ( Even after given a chance for a Tryout, without reason just left mid-Tryout and said they would get another trainer )

• Individual has not even been within the community for an hour and already applied for NHC, i would like to get to know this individual more before he decides to apply for this position. So you wont know enough about how basic training works or how navy is ran. I am not sure who gave the Individual his basic training but i will make sure they will be spoken to and ensure Cadet Training is done in the proper manner

  . { E.g. I gave you faces which was in /ooc, i gave you a verbal strike and you said " You did not explain the rules to me ". I tried explaining its not a rule i need to explain to you but you shook your head as if i was in the wrong. You also kept breaking PTS when i pointed out your mistake )

• The application itself seems " ok ", however it just somehow feels unfinished. As if you are missing a few bits on the questions, basically there is not much elaboration on Why we should accept or Why you want to be NHC . ( E.g. Will you bring Discipline ? What was your experience like being other command roles ? )

• Your activity time is a little weird, we are a British server which is GMT. So the times you claim to be online in GMT is: Weekdays 21:00 - 04:00 ( 9pm - 4am ) ( GMT )

  Weekends 12:00 - 17:00 ( 12pm - 5pm ) ( GMT )

  So you would be on for at-least 1 event per day and online for a couple hours, i may just be picky here but as NHC, at the moment we are gonna need someone who is active most hours of the servers active time due the fact Navy Regiment is very in-active right now. However that is just my personal preference.

Overall you literally just joined the server, at a time mostly everyone got offline. So we need to see you be online more to see what your behavior is like before we can give our best judgement, however right now the reasons i have given are mostly due to you being new. I must say though right now with me, you have set a bad example of yourself cause of the way you were acting when i was trying to give you a Tryout to help you with your application. You maybe reasons you left i can understand however your responses to me just were not it, so i apologise if this was alot but however this is how it stands, I will not be supporting your application for NHC. I hope to see the individual you really are in time on our server. Thank you,

-1 As I talked to my advisor and I have come to the conclusion that I Feel that you would be better off retrained and go through the ranks again to prove to us that you are ready to become a CO, especially for navy sense You seemed confused about what was going on and I feel like we should be safe and keep you as enlisted and help you rise through the ranks as all other enlisted have done. - Brigade General A. -1 Sounds like a dickhead and isn't even a Navy NCO, nor in Navy

Your Application is denied as you cannont apply for FHC and your not even navy commander.
