Why do you want to become a Commander (Detail Needed):

I feel that I could bring a wealth of experience to the table, largely due to the various high-ranking positions I've held. My goal in this role isn't solely to be the highest ranking; it's to assist and guide Purge toward becoming a better regiment. I've successfully built entire regiments from scratch and have been called upon by higher-ranking officers to aid struggling regiments in growing and improving. I believe these experiences make me well-equipped to contribute positively to the community.

I believe my skills and experience could be invaluable to this server. Commanding comes naturally to me, more a matter of common sense than a learnable skill. I'm known for my perseverance, refusing to give up on a regiment or server easily. While I maintain a gentle approach, I also understand when a firmer hand is necessary. Commanding isn't just about issuing orders and hoping they're followed; it's about building trust and working with your team. I've been told that my command style is unconventional, but I see this as an asset. Establishing a strong connection with your regiment yields better results than coercion. Therefore, I never consider myself superior to any member within the regiment.
