Previous Commanding/leading a regiment (Detail Needed)- Imperial Commandos Squad 40, Republic Commando 2ndLT, Republic Commando Omega Squad Lead, 187th Commander, 212th Vice-Commander, DT NCO, PT 2ndLT (+ More)
why do you want to become a Commander (Detail Needed)- Upon careful observation, I've identified a notable gap in the number of proficient Commanders needed to effectively oversee Purge operations. Recognizing this deficiency, I'm motivated to submit my candidacy to address and rectify the situation. My approach involves a methodical strategy aimed at gradually improving the current state of affairs within Purge. (Except for: Buzz)
why should we accept you? (Detail Needed)-
Throughout my time with Inferno, ICJT, and Shock, I have faced numerous challenges that negatively impacted my reputation within Purge Troopers. However, I am determined to improve my image and skills within the team and establish myself as a leader who is committed to the success of the team.
As a leader, I believe that every Purge team member has untapped potential, and it is my responsibility to create an environment that encourages their growth and development. To accomplish this, I have studied the successful approach of Squad 40 and plan to implement a similar model within Purge Troopers. My goal is to establish a culture of excellence, where team members are empowered to take ownership of their roles and responsibilities and strive for continuous improvement.
I understand that equipment misuse on Defcon 5 has been a concern within the team. I want to assure the team that I take this matter seriously, and I pledge to enforce stringent measures to ensure accountability. These measures will be put in place immediately upon my appointment, and any violation of the rules will result in stern action being taken against the offender. I believe that having a trustworthy and accountable team is crucial to our success, and I am dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of conduct among Purge Troopers.
As a leader, I am committed to the well-being and effectiveness of Purge Troopers. I understand that each team member's success is integral to the team's success, and I pledge to provide them with rigorous training and unwavering support to help them achieve their goals. I will work with each team member to identify their strengths and weaknesses and provide them with the resources they need to succeed. Any issues that arise will be addressed immediately, and I will have zero tolerance for any deviation from the mission.
I have faced multiple challenges in the past, including experiencing disruptive behavior within Purge and attending two funerals in one day. These challenges have been emotionally taxing, but they have also strengthened my resolve to succeed. I am determined to overcome any obstacles and lead Purge Troopers to victory.
In conclusion, I am excited about the opportunity to lead Purge Troopers and establish a culture of excellence within the team. I believe that with the right approach, every team member can reach their full potential and contribute to our success. I am committed to the growth and development of each team member and will work tirelessly to ensure that Purge Troopers are recognized as the best of the best.
It pains me to admit that I regret declining the offer to become PT Commander and resigning from my position. PT, which was once a well-oiled machine, is now in a state of disarray, and it is disheartening to see it struggling. Although I am pleased that the underlying issue that led to my resignation has been resolved through Rebby's removal from a command position, the current state of PT is still a cause for concern.
Although I am no longer affiliated with PT as much, I am proud of the contributions I made during my tenure, and I am confident that they have been duly recognized. I am eager to rejoin PT and serve as an Officer Cadet or take on a higher position to lead both INQ and PT. My previous work in PT has received positive feedback, and HeyX and others have sought my guidance.
On the day of my resignation, April 11, 2024, I faced an extremely difficult situation where I had to attend two funerals on the same day. It was a heart-wrenching experience for me, and I was already dealing with a lot of emotional turmoil. Unfortunately, Rebby's disruptive behavior and constant issues pushed me over the edge, causing me to have an emotional breakdown. I do not want to convey this as a sob story, but I want to emphasize that the events leading up to my resignation were not easy for me, and I had to make a difficult decision.
