Previous Commanding/leading a regiment (Detail Needed)- Imperial Commandos Squad 40, Republic Commando 2ndLT, Republic Commando Omega Squad Lead, 187th Commander, 212th Vice-Commander, DT NCO, PT 2ndLT (+ More)
why do you want to become a Commander (Detail Needed)- I couldn't help but notice that there is a shortage of proficient Commanders needed to oversee Purge Troopers effectively. I'm passionate about excellence and committed to achieving organizational objectives, so I'm eager to submit my application to help fix this issue.
I believe that my experience and skills in leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving make me a strong candidate for the position. I've always been a team player and have a proven track record of working effectively with diverse groups of troopers to achieve common objectives.
To address the current deficiency in Purge, I plan to work closely with other Purge members to identify and address the root causes of the problem. I have a methodical strategy in mind that aims to gradually improve the current state of affairs within Purge. Together, I'm confident that we can develop effective solutions to improve the overall efficiency of PT.
I want to make it clear that I have no desire to gain power to abuse. As a Commander, my top priority will always be the interests of the regiment. All operations will be conducted ethically, efficiently, and effectively.
Overall, I'm confident that I am the ideal person for the job, and I look forward to working with Purge towards achieving our objectives and driving success.
why should we accept you? (Detail Needed)-
Throughout my experience with Inferno, ICJT, and Shock, I encountered several challenges that negatively impacted my idealism within Purge Troopers. These difficulties were emotionally taxing, but they have also strengthened my resolve to succeed. I am determined to improve my image and skills within the team and establish myself as a leader who is committed to the success of Purge Troopers.
As a leader, I strongly believe that every Purge team member has untapped potential, and it is my responsibility to create an environment that encourages their growth and development. I plan to implement a similar approach to Squad 40's successful model within Purge Troopers, aiming to establish a culture of excellence where PTs are empowered to take ownership of their roles and responsibilities and strive for continuous improvement.
I understand that some members of the server have expressed concerns regarding equipment misuse on Defcon 5 (Like ARF exploiting their teleport staff). I want to assure the team that I take this matter seriously, and I pledge to enforce stringent measures to ensure accountability. These measures will be put in place immediately upon my appointment, and any violation of the rules will result in stern action being taken against the offender. I believe that having a trustworthy and accountable team is crucial to our success, and I am dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of conduct among Purge Troopers.
As a leader, I am committed to the well-being and effectiveness of Purge Troopers. I understand that each team member's success is integral to the regiment's success, and I pledge to provide them with rigorous training and unwavering support to help them achieve their goals. I will work with each team member to identify their strengths and weaknesses and provide them with the resources they need to succeed. Any issues that arise will be addressed immediately, and I will have zero tolerance for any deviation from the rules set in place.
I have faced several challenges in the past, including disruptive behavior within Purge and attending two funerals in one day. These challenges have been emotionally taxing, but they have also strengthened my resolve to succeed. I am determined to overcome any obstacles and lead Purge Troopers to victory.
In conclusion, I am excited about the opportunity to lead Purge Troopers and establish a culture of excellence within the reg. I believe that every team member has the potential to reach their full potential and contribute to our success with the right approach. I am committed to the growth and development of each team member and will work tirelessly to ensure that Purge Troopers are recognized as the best of the best.
It pains me to admit that I regret declining the offer to become PT Commander and resigning from my position. PT, which was once a well-oiled machine, is now struggling, and it is disheartening to see it in this state. Although I am pleased that the underlying issue that led to my resignation has been resolved through Rebby's removal from a command position, the current state of PT is still a cause for concern.
Although I am no longer affiliated with PT as much, I am proud of the contributions I made during my tenure, and I am confident that they have been duly recognized. My previous work in PT has received positive feedback, I'm even more eager to rejoin PT and serve as an Officer Cadet or take on a higher position to lead both INQ and PT.
On the day of my resignation, April 11, 2024, I faced an extremely difficult situation where I had to attend two funerals on the same day. It was a heart-wrenching experience for me, and I was already dealing with a lot of emotional turmoil. Unfortunately, Rebby's disruptive behavior and constant issues pushed me over the edge, causing me to have an emotional breakdown. I do not want to convey this as a sob story, but I want to emphasize that the events leading up to my resignation were not easy for me, and I had to make a difficult decision, and since Rebby left my only goal is to regain command of purge to continue where I left it at.
I am confident that I can bring a fresh perspective to Purge Troopers and help PT achieve its objectives. I recognize that my past challenges have shaped my leadership style and approach, and I am committed to using these experiences to guide my decision-making and actions. I am excited about the opportunity to work with each team member and establish a culture of excellence within Purge Troopers.
I remember being let down after being rejected from so many Purge CO applications, but here I am. I was reminded by Blitz on what to do to be a role model for everyone and anyone who needs to see or have a role model, to improve purge not only equipment-wise or armor-wise but mentally too.
Honestly, the few texts Blitz sent me have really set my mindset on another track. I am grateful for his support and encouragement, and I am committed to living up to his expectations and becoming a true role model for everyone.
Nevertheless, I won't give up even if this gets denied since I have hope again. I believe that with my determination, skills, and experience, I can make a positive impact on Purge Troopers and help them achieve their full potential. I am excited about the opportunity to work with each Purge member and make a meaningful difference in the future of the regiment.
