Unfortunately i will not be supporting this application, the individual has been warned twice for past 2 days because of FailRP and NLR. His RP does not really make sense most the time and some people get the feeling of Mingey behavior on KX Donator Job. We as a community need to see you be more mature and calm about things, especially calling the server “ sh*t “ then disconnecting because a moderator told you to stop RDMing in Passive RP ( Without EP’s permission )

Trying to be professional as much as possible about the reasoning but some members and even myself tend to describe you as “ Childish “, in-mature. The reason i am giving you a -1 is the same reason i will not be accepting you onto the Event Planner Team until i see improvement with your behavior. I might also add that your application itself is not great either, you seem to lack detail on why you want to be staff and why we should accept you. It looks like you barely tried or gave it thought.

If you are not happy with this feedback then i do apologize, however you to think about what others say to you and reflect on it. So i am not telling you cant join, i’m saying you CAN join if you change attitude and behavior. You can if you try
